Piano Tuning

All pianos need to be tuned once a year.  A piano goes out of tune because of heat and humidity changes - usually flat in the winter and sharp in the summer.  This happens if you are playing the piano regularly or it's just sitting with no use year after year.  Most average pianists cannot tell when their piano has started to go out of tune until it is quite flat or the unisons are really out.  At that point the piano is often so out of tune that it may require a pitch raise because one tuning will not bring it in tune to standard or A-440 pitch so that it can match other instruments or cd's that you might want to play with.

This is obviously more time consuming and costly, so don't wait. Schedule regular tunings for your piano. Protect your investment and your ears - keep your piano in tune.
